Puskala Invest is an investment and development company. We invest in small and medium sized businesses and selected real estate with growth perspective. We like to be actively involved in building leading companies in the industry. We don’t have a typical time frame for our investments or dependence on other investments in the fund, which gives us the freedom to develop businesses with a long-term approach.
We know what the responsibility of ownership feels like and what it means in practise. As an owner, we offer our investment targets support in developing operations and raising them to a new level. Sometimes it means financial resources, but often above all skills, relationships, and the ability to make a change in a company or even industry. Through our network, we are able to support projects with the necessary expertise.

We have a thorough, self-created experience of entrepreneurship - the great successes that come with it, but also the challenging moments. Through success, we now have the opportunity to be involved in supporting growth and value creation in the role of an investor. way
We invest in companies and real estate from a development perspective. We support the profitable growth of our portfolio companies in various ways. We aim for a strong position in the market and industry - often by challenging and developing traditional business models.
The amount of ownership to be acquired depends on the situation: we have the option to buy the company as a whole or, on the other hand, we can also buy part of the company, in which case its development will continue together with other owners.

Selling your own business can be a difficult moment. We know it from experience. This experience will help us understand the essentials of a successful transaction. A successful acquisition process helps both parties succeed in what is actually most important, that is, what happens after the transaction.
We have been involved in dozens of SME acquisitions. With the experience brought by these transactions and the cooperation that followed, we understand the entrepreneur’s perspective. Our own entrepreneurial experience is an important unifying factor during and after the acquisition.
